Dry Fruits Serving Bowl with Carving Work and 5 Fixed Partitions

To be honest this is my 4th and most unstaisfied purchase my tray was replaced and still it had defects. I am still waiting for the nob to be delivered and my wooden tray has crack on it when i try to fill in infront of my guests. I am not sure why this neglinegnce is happening but its new for me. Please send me wooden nob and upper wooden lid because it has broken crack in it.

Overall it’s an antique piece. The only thing with low quality is the glass part on the lid and the knob. The screw doesn’t fit the knob and it cracked the glass a bit . It should be the whole wooden lid .
