Watch Box for 10 Watches | Original Glass Top

I just loved the quality of box it’s far better than the one i saw at Al fatah. Thank you for sending the parcel in great packaging so that there is not even a scratch on glass. So happy and content with the product.

Extremely disappointing experience with Kraft Store. My product arrived with a broken mirror and loose wooden fittings, with no fragile warning or instructions on the parcel requiring an unboxing video.

When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they started blaming me for not recording a video while opening the package. It is completely unfair to impose requirements on customers that were never communicated to them.

The seller should take responsibility for proper packaging and delivering products in good condition rather than shifting the blame onto customers. Delivering a damaged product and then refusing to cooperate is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and their customer service. I would not recommend Kraft Store to anyone unless they improve their handling of products and take accountability for their mistakes.

Excellent

Satisfied from the quality, although it needs a bit attention to detail. The lid was not fully opening vertically in the beginning, but its a minor issue for its price. Overall a good buy
